30-Day Returns

At Backyard Raise & Grow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Please include all accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items.
• Custom orders, live plants, seeds, and clearance items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit our Contact Information page and submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
4. Ship the item back within 7 days. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.

Return Shipping Fees

Returns are free—we cover all return shipping costs via our prepaid label.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants, seeds, perishable goods
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Final-sale clearance items
