Free Standard Shipping

We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on every order, fulfilled by our U.S.–based partner, Doba.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days transit time after processing
• Expedited Delivery (Optional): Available upon request—contact us for pricing and availability.

Service Area

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at BackyardRaiseGrow.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if it’s marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with Doba and the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
